Was a great fight, fair play to kessler I thought he gave it his all but oddly despite the win I think hes very much on his last legs. You can outbox him quite easily I think, dirrell and ward for example would beat him comfortably on points, abraham would be made for him mind. Froch wasnt busy enough, i hate that when you are fighting away, ffs its fairly obvious that you will have to be on the attack at least half of the time.
Kessler did well, nasty cut mind.

Kessler has topped now that's for sure, and he only has 1 max 2 years left in top boxing, the younger guys are getting to quick for him.
The main difference between this fight and the one Kessler lost against Ward was the speed of the opponent. Kessler could easily outbox Froch because he is fairly slow and Kessler is a fantastic technical boxer, against Ward his technique was outweighted by Wards incredible speed.
But a great fight last night, and Kessler def. showed he is back in the super six tournament.Comment

Froch was coasting till he started showboating, grinning at punches and trying to look like he was the man, WHY!!! just box, and concentrate on boxing.
He came out for one round with his guard down showing off and got clobbered...it went down hill from then on imo, around the 6th round, maybe 7th.
Saying that he looked tired towards the end, Kessler is a better boxer imo anyway, but i just felt Froch lost his concentration mid way, and never recovered, and it was a lot to do with his own overconfidence.
