              Phenomenal.
              On the Ning Nang Nong
              Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
              There's a Nong Nang Ning
              Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
              On the Nong Ning Nang
              All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
              So it's Ning Nang Nong!
              Cows go Bong!
              Nong Nang Ning!
              Trees go Ping!
              Nong Ning Nang!
              The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,
Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!!

That was an amazing match, just for the tension surrounding it. It's a shame though as this must ruin Isner's chance of making it deep into the competition. Was good they both got awarded something at the end of it as I don't think anything like this will ever happen again. It's a landmark in tennis history.
                Quit your jibber jabber!!!

Jermaine, you know the song Billie Jean...is it about the tennis player??

I see Isner got predictably routed today.

"I was just so exhausted," said Isner, who failed to send down a single ace in the whole match, compared with 112 against Mahut. "I felt a bit drained and didn't have much in my legs and shoulder. It stinks to lose in the second round.

"It was brutal and things were looking pretty bleak right from the start. But full credit to my opponent; he still had to play well and was far better than me. I wasn't going to quit, I wasn't dying out there, just tired.

"I also had a pretty bad blister on my left toe and that bothered me as well. I have a nice break now so I need to stay off my feet and let the blisters heel. Then I'll hit the gym and practice court and get ready to go again."

My Mum has managed to blag Centre / No 1 Court tickets today. Just texted me from the Nadal match.

                    I have no idea how.

                    She doesn't even like tennis.
                    Oh I don't know.

                      It's not what you know...
                      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

That game is how I experience tennis in real time. I'm glad everyone else managed to experience the same thing condenced.

A waste of an expensive education, except if they wear those short dresses.

Dog and Fox, apparently over Wimbledon its the busiest pub in the country!

They put their sodding prices up accordingly too, *******s

And don't get me started on their suckling pig rolls. £8 for a pork butty? Get tae....!
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Prices near me can be that much too. £7/8 for a beef sarnie. The pub is pretty posh admittedly but I mean...takes the piss
Sack swinging like Dub-D40 on a door hinge
