    England v Aus ODIs

Was gonna put this in Fernandinho's 'Australia is better than England' thread but it seems to have vanished.

Yet another win for us over the past-it Aussies. Getting a bit boring thrashing them all the time isn't it
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Alright Shags, let's just wait and see what happens during the Ashes.
    On the Ning Nang Nong
    Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
    There's a Nong Nang Ning
    Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
    On the Nong Ning Nang
    All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
    So it's Ning Nang Nong!
    Cows go Bong!
    Nong Nang Ning!
    Trees go Ping!
    Nong Ning Nang!
    The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,
Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!!

Eoin Morgan is turning into quite some player. I tend to prefer it when players struggle to the top. Players like Pietersen who seemed to arrive fully formed are a bit dull and seem to struggle to get the most out of their talent (Tendulkar, as usual, being the exception).

We've become a lot better, you've got a lot worse since then. I'd still probably make you favourites though. For us to have a chance the likes of Pietersen need to grow up a bit.

Our one day team has however genuinely improved a great deal in the last year or so though.

yeah, our one day team seems to be the junior team used for blooding players for the future like playing FA cup and resting our captain who is **** these days

Seventh successive one-day victory, equalling a record set in 1997-98.

                Australia are the new England.
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Well, that's true too but I was thinking more of the abysmal performances of their national sports teams. Failure to get out of the group stage at the WC, crap at cricket, behind Britain at the last Olympics...

                        It's a shame for them.
