    has tweeted about his toe hurting

    so whilst too much is being made of it, it is at least in part in being driven by Haye himself.

    If he shut up about his toe then no one would have mentioned it. I also think toe or no toe he was no where near winning that fight.

    i also dont think he really believes his toe was the problem but he may be trying to convince himslef that it was or looking at a rematch.

      It's easy to say he shouldn't have mentioned the toe but after all the pre fight talk, the emotion immediately after a fight, I can hardly blame him. And a broken toe's a broken toe - they hurt. I've seen a lot of laughable macho crap belittling it but a broken toe hurts and limits your mobility.

      He said he wasn't good enough, that Wlad was better and that there's no good reason he should be offered a rematch. Don't get the righteous indignation.
