    The Ultimate Fighter

    http://www.skysports.com/story/0,195...374407,00.html

Looks like Sky are gonna be getting involved with UFC more.

I hope this dosnt mean the end of free PPVs?

I know its only the series, but if its a sucess, surly Sky will milk it for all they can. On the plus side though, it should be in HD

Will be good to see this on sky more often, UFC is becoming quite the mainstream sport of recent.
Are the PPV's classed as being free, Though it was still technically PPV as its on ESPN?
The times they are a changin'.

UFC isnt a sport mate- its an organisation

Im a massive MMA fan and would love to see it get more air time over here. The last few seasons of ultimate fighter have been on channel 5 but i dont care who has it aslong i=as its on over here!

I class them as free as i have Virgin Media, and ESPN is on there. Every PPV is in HD too which is nice. As blood only looks good in 1080p

My mates bring me up on this all the time its a bit of a habit really, i only really watch the UFC and not strikeforce or any of the others, so ive got used to calling the UFC the 'sport' i'll try to stop so it doesn't cause you aggrivation

I get it in Espn HD too, the ambilight just adds to the beauty of someone having their face caved in

Just watched the first episode of the new series, some decent fighters in the house. Also looks like there's going to be some fireworks too

I'm pretty sure that PPVs in the UK are like all of Sky HD's output 1080i
