    Commonwealth Games

Track & field starts tomorrow. Anyone seen the state of the stadium?

Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Tarmac is still being laid on the damaged track, while half of the in-field is still without grass.

Why the **** has this been allowed to happen? Shocking. Heads should roll.

Shows how well the Commonwealth games are going that is has taken this long to start a thread and that it only is highlighting another negative about the games... At least you guys and us get to pick up a whole heap of gold medals to pretend we are good at sports that would normally be dominated by Americans or Asians...

Have you seen the chaps having a pause in the middle of the stadium and looking pretty grim ?
          Are we winning?

Sorry, just realised my far from perfect 'phrasé' here. My bad.

I meant, there's a shot around the middle of the report where you can see a bunch of workers sitting, displaying a total lack of urgency and interest. They were looking pretty grim too, as if they haven't been paid for weeks.

Waste of a Tournement. Big time. Especially after seeing how well done the ryder cup was.
