Same. Don't get it. At least he's got a ****ing personality. The trash talking is par for the course but most of them are clones. He's pretty smart and articulate as far as boxers go. Not liking him cos of his trash talking is like saying you don't like a footballer cos he sleeps with too many young attractive women.

sick of reading on facebook, hope Haye the arrogant **** gets beaten on Saturday.

I think he comes across really well and definitely not like that cunt degale and while neither have beaten anyone decent, not sure anyone is all that in this division at the moment.

Typical Brits, most Brits only like losers. Got a winner in Haye and most of the country wants to see him "brought down a peg or two". Got to laugh at that ****

          Haye's previous 5 fights:

Harrison - utter disgrace he even took this fight. Harrison is easily the biggest embarrassment to British boxing of the last 30 years. Haye could have KO'd him in round one but didn't because he had money on round 3.

Ruiz - another fighter way past his best, paper fight, 38 (IIRC) having a last pay cheque before retirement.

Valuev - no decent boxing attributes just huge, doesn't even like boxing and he was the easiest option for Haye to win a belt.

Barrett - another bum at the end of his career. IIRC not even a top 35 fighter

Maccarinelli - typical overrated Frank Warren fighter who's got his high KO % by beating a load of bums. Look where he is now..

typical - i blame the press - the next 'star' it will happen will be rory mcilroy - he will be built up and praised to a god like status, and then 2nd he hits a bit of poor form or makes a slight mistake either on or off the course, he'll get ****ing ripped to shreds
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

I Like Haye and hope he does the business on Saturday, although I agree with comments on here that he will probably need a stoppage to do it

Anyone know what time they head to the ring, the coverage starts at 8pm but will they be left to come on closer to Midnight for the American viewers?

A lot of what you've posted is quite frankly revisionist pish.

Mormeck was the lineal cruiser weight champ when Haye fought him. Haye went to Mormeck's back yard and got off the canvas in the 4th or 5th to win that fight. One of the best 'away' performances by a British fighter in a long time. To say that Mormeck was past it is a little rich.
He'd only recently come off a career best performance again O'Neil Bell. He beat him on points thus avenging a previous TKO loss to Bell and in doing so win the WBA and WBC belts. Mormeck was a strong favourite going into the Haye fight.

Maccarinelli and Haye was at the time thought to be a genuine 50/50 fight. The bookies couldn't separate them nor could alot of pundits.

Barrett was Haye's second heavyweight fight. Nothing wrong with a tune up.

Valuev. Haye did what had to be done in order to win the title. Let's be honest no one's going to stand and trade with a seven foot giant. Smart move by Haye and Booth engineering the fight against Valuev. By winning it they gave themselves so much more leverage when it came to negotiating with the Klitchskos.

Ruiz. Battered by Haye. Only the second time Ruiz had been KO in his pro career. Not too shabby considering Haye had spent the majority of his career at Cruiser. Keep in mind the internal poloticing of boxing. Haye and Booth paid Ruiz step aside money so they could get the Valuev fight on the proviso that Ruiz would be Haye's first mandatory.

Harrision - Indefensible fight. Utter horse ****.

Just out of interest who would you have preferred to see Haye fight?

Exactly, hence me saying this was his last great fight

                      Fair enough I retract that.

Are you sure you're not confusing this fight with another one? Maybe bookies had it as 50/50 but almost every poll, forum and boxing magazine (which asked experts their predictions) I read had at least 70+% saying Haye would win by TKO.

4th time - once against Toney and twice against Golota. Again, it was his last fight and the end of career.

I'm not sure what you're saying - are you agreeing it was indefensible or saying it's horse **** I'm claiming it was?

Just out of interest who would you have preferred to see Haye fight?
You seem to miss the point I'm making and seem more angry at the fact that I want Haye to lose. I'm not saying Haye is rubbish fighter, far from it hence me predicting Haye winning by UD although as of late I actually think Haye will win by TKO. I was basically saying that while it's true Wlad is in for a tough fight as he hasn't faced anyone as good as Haye for a while - Haye is in for a tough fight too.

^ The reason I was making the point (and why I presume people want Haye to lose) is due to the numerous press conferences where Haye has slagged off Wlad's opponents which seems hypocritical (re: Harrison) - if Haye had a recent list like Pacman/Froch then fair enough. Also, it's Haye and his team's conduct over the past couple of years: lying about deals/contact with Boente - why Stanford Bridge didn't go ahead, not bothering to provide any medical certificate for Haye's back injury, and the whole head decapitation.
