He's not covering the same ground or making those same penetrative shots, a bit like Federer, whereas Murray has excelled and gathered momentum. Still performing at an elite level, but like I say, there is a spark in his play that isn't quite there and against Del Potro, he had to use talent and more willpower to get through.

There are so many sports more interesting than football just now

The Beautiful Game has gotten so stale, hasn't it?

        He's moving today though, Djok.

I think thats just because weve began life as midtable fodder for the next 20 years or so

Djokovic a break up in the 3rd. *4-3

                  Djokovic wins easily in 4.

Looks in ominous form, Murray will have to play at his very, very best to stand a chance.

He was great, but Ferrer looked a bit like he wilted.

I actually didn't see it - I'm only going on BBC live feed, so I'm hoping he wasn't as good as I read it

Murray has been in fine form also so it could be a classic.

Djokovic was awesome today. Shame he didn't have a tougher game, Murray's advantage rest-wise is probably minimal now.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

This has been bugging me for ages.

On the BBC live text update, why do they put '*donates next to serve'.

Why not just put the * next to the player who is serving the game they are writing about.
Maybe its just me but I find that annoying as ****.

I bet they don't put precisely that.

Anyway I expect it's for people who otherwise wouldn't know what the asterisk signifies.

On a similar note though, it's bugging me the way all the cycling commentators are constantly explaining the basics to all the new viewers they've got since July. I mean, it's a good thing and helping all these new fans understand is good but it gets a bit boring for us cog-nosh-empty. So I understand your vexation.
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

                                Are we winning?
