I’d say if you subtracted those with the surnames of Kahn and McClosky, you’d be lucky to have ten.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

        Predictions on this?

I know McCloskey is undefeated and a SP but I think Kahn will KO him in either round 4 or 5. He's not at Khan's level and having Roach as a trainer and Pacman as a sparring partner has made Khan a damn good boxer.

Wish McCloskey the best of luck though - only boxer I hate more than Kahn is James Degale.

I know Paul and his wider family, he lives not too far from me.

He is a fantastic fighter, and basically waltzed to the European title - he is a serious, serious challenger to Khan - he will take a bit of beating.

He is a southpaw who is fast, and has reflexes beyond belief - you only have to look at his face, he hasn't a blemish and is totally undefeated.

If it goes the distance, "Dudey" won't be far away - he has the whole of Ireland behind him...

          Good luck Dudey...

McCloskey is 22/1 to win on points with Skybet - got to be a worth a small flutter.

From what I've seen of him, he's certainly not out of his depth the way Sky have been making him out to be.

                I've a score on him - i'm very confident...

There is no glitz or glamour with Paul - you won't find him with 20 hangers on and hanging around artificial big titted nobodies. But - he can surely box, that's for sure..

This will be unreal if he brings the belt home...

I hope Khan ****s him in 2 or 3 rounds. Britain doesn't seem to back their winners very well.

                    Don't waste your money fella.

McCloskey's never been in with anyone as good as Khan.

Wouldn't surprise me if there's at least one knockdown in the first round and the fights over by the fourth or fifth round.

TBF - i agree with your highlighted statement, this is a step up for Dudey.

But, you'll not find anybody in the McCloskey camp being obnoxious and saying what round the fight will go to..like Khan and his hangers on at the weigh in

(Four fingers up and making cut throat signs)

Khan has made a good job of getting the right promotional team over his career (and, TBF, getting Freddie Roach as a trainer) - there is a perception over here that, with the same financial backing - Dudey could've been fast tracked to that status before now...

I believe that the pair are on a more even keel than the British public have been led to believe...

Believe me - Dudey is a class act. Khan will have to work super hard to score points in hitting Dudey..

                      Beware the Fighting Irish.......

Mate this sort of thing has been going on in boxing for ages. Ali used to do it in the 60's. It's nothing new.

Yeah Primetime PPV. 17.50 it'll cost if you've never ordered a PPV from them before.

                            It's also on 5Live at 9.45

                                Aye it's a joke.

Fight is 14.95 but Primetime are charging a one off 2.50 'connection fee' that's applicable if you've never ordered a PPV from them before.

Madness to think that Sky did not deem the fight or the under card to be PPV worthy yet Khan's people/Primetime think the public are going to shell out for it on Primetime.

If they sell 50,000 they'll be doing very well.
