read his book not long ago, brilliant read..... he went to collage and wanted to be on the 'football' team, but was told by the coach he was over weight....So his coach put him on....wait for this.....a diet of ciggies and JD and diet coke

he was told every time he feels hunrgy, to have a smoke and instead of drinking beer, to drink jd and diet coke - It was the start of daly becoming a huge smoker and alcoholic
