Pacquaio vs Mayweather Who Would Win?

I've just been watching the Pacman vs Mosley and its made me start thinking again who would win out of Pacman and Floyd. The panel on the Sky show were pretty unanimous for Mayweather as they kept talking about time catching up with the Pacman. But I don't think that is the case if I am honest.

Personally I think its one of the most debated matches in boxing today, and I have Mayweather down to win by a decision. Although everytime I see each fight one of them fight I change my mind.

One thing is for sure though, this fight needs to happen and if it isn't set by next year it never will IMO.

Its a sporting crime isn't it, hopefully Floyd can drop his demands, or Pac-man can just take the "Olympic style drug tests"

Imagine the revenue this fight would make, I actually think I would buy it off Sky Box Office, even though Sky seems to offer most overseas fights for free, which is great.

The only fear I have if the fight happens is the fight being boring and a let down, if the pace stays slow Mayweather will dominate Pac-man.

In other sports the best are regularly pitted against each other. Obviously you can't have quite that in boxing, but it's a great shame that years can pass, whole careers even, with the best fighters avoiding their would-be nemesis or not being able to fix a bout because of all the contractual bull****.

I'm a massive Pacquiao fan and would love to see him absolutely destroy Mayweather. It's a nightmare call to make but if I had a gun to my head I'd go for PBF.

i've gone with manny - love him, great fighter, mayweather is a superstar granted, but he's a cunt and i'd love to see manny knock him out.

travesty that this fight will probably never happen, especially as already mentioned as they are both slipping out of their prime.

Have to say I wasn't very impressed with Manny in his Mosley fight. If he performed like that against Mayweather then I think he would get beat.

Its Mayweather for me as well, although when Manny is on form its impossible to see how he can lose. It would be a hell of a fight but I really think Floyd would win. I dont think it will happen though as I now think Floyds 0 is a monkey on his back & he doesnt want to lose it.

I've gone for PBF as the guy is the best fighter I've ever seen. In my head I imagine the fight being Pacquiao as the aggressor on the attack for the most of the fight with PBF picking him off on the counter attack. I guess the main worry for Floyd would be losing a lot of the rounds on points as Paqcuiao is the busier fighter.

I just hope we get to see it one day, while they're both near the top of their game, but it's looking less and less likely. The longer we wait the more I favour PBF, as surely Pacquiao's manic pace he fights at will be harder to sustain as he gets older.
