You probably know by now I'm a huge Westwood fan , but I do have one issue with him. He goes a tad cautious on the final day. I've seen him do it on several occasions. Sometimes he needs to trust in his game that little bit more.

He's remarkably consistent though and I'd be hugely surprised if he's not there or there about's on the final day, I just hope this time he really takes it by the scruff of the neck and wins it rather than waiting for someone to falter.

I also think once he wins one he will do a Harrington and win another soon after

Yeah...I think Donald was always a bit too cautious/safe too, but I think he goes for it a bit more these days.

Stoked we actually get live coverage of this at a decent hour aswell, US open coverage was rubbish, just all replays.

This warm up course must be a piece of piss, they're all destroying it. Might have to have a game there some time

1230: Golfer Graeme McDowell on Twitter: "Just been informed by the European Tour that we will be playing only 54 holes this week at the Scottish Open. Course is in bad shape."

Was that the pic Luke Donald took?

                            Absolutely mullered the course

Next week will be hot and the courses down here are tinder dry even with the rain of the last couple of weeks. Kent's east coast gets a fair amount of wind off the channel too. Not sure any of the current crop of Americans have the game to win other than Stewart Cink maybe but Louis Oosthuizen has certainly showed he likes playing over here.

Outside bet I reckon Brandt Snedeker
Swaying even more towards Donald now
