****ing bollocks, just got myself some canoeing tickets yet in my haste I clicked the collection option. great saved myself £6 yet I have to either collect from the box office at stratford (I live on the other side of london) or from the venue around 90 minutes before the event which starts at 9.30. plus I'll lose the free travel ticket that accompanys them. there is no way of changing this. cock and balls. I don't really not at all like canoeing.
