heading down london way this coming weekend for first of marathons (womens on sunday should be excellent regardless of radcliffe pulling out injured) and triathlon both of which have large stretches of the course open to public but filled with loads of entertainment.
genuinely buzzing for these olympics!! been a great start and is only going to get better. adlington in the 800m should do well given her stellar performance in the 400m which is not a favourite distance of hers. shame for hannah miley (ive met her countless times when she competed against my younger sister) and she is a really nice girl but to get to the final was a great acheivement.
think the medal tally GB have been set is bit too ambitious but we could very well reach 20+ by the end of the games.
just a tad dissapointed wont be down in time to catch the gymnastics but heard ex american gymnast shawn johnson is reporting on the entire games for america today so gonna see if can catch up with her (last time saw her was at exhibition in glasgow and she spent literally hours meeting fans and siging autographs which was great seeing as she was only 17 at the time - i know i sound pervy but i dont care)People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.Comment
