So far so good in the sailing, keep it like this Ben and it's gold, he's in 8th, the Dane is last, so good enough.

We are still on for a tense finish in the sailing. Ben Ainslie is round the fifth mark in eighth place, and still ahead of Jonas Hogh-Christensen. But Ainslie has to be careful not to to be too distracted with that battle because Dutchman Pieter-Jan Postma is moving up the places too. This is a critical moment because if Postma finishes first in this race, Ainslie needs to be in the top seven to beat him to gold. Postma is now second.

Dutchman got caught amongst other boats on the last marker and dropped two places.
