                  We won 19 golds in Beijing so not too far off. I think Mo will win another one in the 5000 meters and TBH we should get another two in the cycling tomorrow.

                              Target is 1 more but don't forget that there are fewer cycling medals on offer this time round. so realistically we have to win a few extra compared to last time

                              We have 37 at the moment. 1 Due in the boxing, 7 further fighters 1 win off a medal. Pendleton and Kenny in the Sprint, The Mens Keirin. Shazne Read in the BMX, Brownlea in the Triathlon, Farrah to double up in the 5,000, Daley in the Diving, Open Water Canoe, More Sailing, Horsies.

                                I hope Bolt wins but I still have a feeling Blake may do it. Either way I hope a Jamaican wins it. Preferably all 3 medals for Jamaica.
