Al, have a read of this and see if it's done anywhere near you. www.footbalance.com
That looks a bit too good to be true. I'll check them out.

At the minute I'm back up to 40 miles a week and am planning to push it out a bit more. I'm bricking it that my knee will go again (I can already feel it creaking and cracking) so will take any additional help I can get.

      Do you use them yourself?
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

I do, have a couple of pairs for trainers and normal shoes. I sell them.

They're decent if someone who has mild to mid overprodonation but wants to wear a cushioned shoe with not much support. The insole gives the support and the shoe is free to act just as a cushion.

I record people in them and without them if they don't believe in them so I have see that they work to stop over probation. Whether they'll do it over the course of a 10k run or more I'm not sure but I'm told they do.
Contrary to popular belief, I have huge genitals.

It's worth thinking about. My right foot over pronates but I've had to switch to a guidance trainer because of my knee issues so i have to tendency to twist a bit. You should see if you can get a business trip over to the toon so I can try some out

Haha I don't work for the company, just sell them in our store. They're based in the uk in specialist running stores and our company is the retailer for Ireland.

They're Good though and I'd imagine about 35/40 for a pair so well worth trying. I get mine free so I'd happily send you a pair but they need to be moulded

Pabs. You should give Brooks Ravenna 2s a go. So stable a horse could live in them. I've even been able to ditch the knee support. First race in them is this Sunday but I'm so impressed I'm incline to get a 2nd pair so I can alternate.
Mine have lasted me about 800 miles and counting

Do you run on razorblades and broken glass?

Might well splash out and try those Ravenna 2s in the near future though

But I like structured. Hang on...what does structured mean in this context?

Fantastic because that's my primary objective.
                    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

The correct pair of gym shoes

I wear a pair of indoor trainers at the gym, but all I do there is strength training.

Thanks but I read that already. At first it was really helpful but by the end of it I realised I didn't understand and was effectively no better informed than before.

I have bought some "bad boys" from SportsDirect.

                              Thanks to all who helped.
