That's mental! Still though, if the other guy had got a decant swipe at him in mid-air it would have been an epic poleaxeing.

Yeah, he'll be brave to try it again without someone destroying him.
I want to see this sort of stuff in football. Maybe Andy Carroll can try this when a corner comes in, and knock it in with his heels.

I think if AC went upsidedown he'd spray the penalty box with a fermented Wikid/kebab mix.

That would be enough to get me turning back up to the football

NFL players are amazing athletes. You look at those fat guys in the offensive line and think they're just darts players but even they can run.

It's a great feat by the receiver but the most amazing thing I've seen in an NFL game was some years ago when a linebacker (an all-time great as I recall, possibly Mike Singletary) was standing on the line of scrimmage and, as the ball was snapped, he somersaulted over the offensive blocker opposing him and ran unimpeded to sack the QB. He was a linebacker FFS, not some willowy WR.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Remember though, I am a dog but I am also not a cat. Think about it.

I've always said that making you responsible for imrpoving transatlantic understanding and American/British cultural exchange was a mistake that one day would blow up in the faces of the old Mod hierarchy and put Est back fifty years.

Once again my prescience proves prescient.
