All very embarrassing for him, making the big point about being glassed, then finding out Haye was the one with a bottle in his hand, and to make it even worse...then finding out it was Haye that injured him when he smacked him over the head with a ****in tripod.

Nobody stopped Chisora when he got up from the top table. Frank Warren was happy enough to let him go down to confront Haye. Then Warren condemns his behaviour afterwards. He could have stopped him before it all kicked off IMHO - but obviously not in his best interest.

To be fair I get the impression chisora does what he wants and Frank warren ain't going to stop him. The guy is a loose cannon, I guarantee he will end up in jail at some point.

Haye got an early flight out, didn't stay at his hotel, moved to a different one by the airport then jumped on a plane home early.

The British Boxing Board of Control are going to investigate the behaviour of Dereck Chisora prior, during and after his fight against Vitali Klitschko on Saturday. A statement read: "The Stewards will be considering Mr Chisora under Regulation 25 (misconduct) and a further statement will be issued once the Stewards have decided on what action will be taken. With regard to Mr. David Haye, Mr. Haye is not a licensed Boxer with the British Boxing Board of Control and therefore no longer under the jurisdiction of the British Boxing Board of Control."

Haye will get charged for this imo, Chisora approached Haye yes, but he had a microphone in his hand, so can easily say he was going to promote a fight with some verbals, Haye has nowhere to go, attacking him with a bottle, throwing the tripod, he's ****ed.

I would think Haye could use the fact Chisora slapped Klitchco earlier, in his defence for throwing the first punch.

Wonder what sent Haye over the edge in that way, to react like that.

I was thinking it was Klitchco saying how Chisora at least came to fight, etc etc.
