Deng going to the Heat. Not a bad pick up if he stays injury free and only a 2 year deal so as long as they dont give a mental contract to Wade past 2016 they'll have a ton of cap space to go for Durant, Davis and co.

Wade's going home to Chicago by the looks.
Will be interesting to see this Cavs team. Lebron, Irving, Wiggins, Waiters, Thompson, Zeller and Varejao is a pretty solid lineup!

Heat fans currently ****ting themselves and Cavs fans trying to repair the shirts they burned in the last 4 years. He's meeting Riley this evening in Vegas.

Spurs convincingly became champions last night. Outscored and outplayed Heat - amazing stuff in the finals. Heat defence is so incredibly poor in the finals, and only Lebron really delivered. Scoring HALF!! the points last night, how **** was the rest??!?!
Well deserved SAS, Heat need to reconfigure if they want a shot again next year I think. Get a PG and a few players that actually don't mind defending.

Yeah thats series now, Miami look like they have nothing left. LeBron still great but doesnt have that extra bit of energy to go to super great levels, you might get one great game out of Bosh and Wade now but not 3 and the less said about Mario Chalmers the better, think the Heat always accepted his faults as he come up big for a game or two in every play off series but he's doing nothing now. Delighted for Parker and Duncan after last year!

Yeah, just can't see it happening tbh. Spurs are firering on all cylinders and have 2 out of the last 3 games at home as well.

Was that the series? I think it was, can't see Heat take 3 in a row, especially with that defence - or lack of the same. To easy for Spurs to play their fundamentals.
Tim Duncan breaking the record for most post-season double-double last night as well as playoff minutes. Had some career, can hardly recall a more stable player than him.
So much for Heat and Lebron being the first team to win 3 in a row!

Yeah it's weird, you can understand it in the regular season, theyve nothing to prove then and the East is **** so at worst they'll always be second seed but this is the finals and they're still doing it!! Can get away with it v the Pacers who cant score when they lock it down, even OKC when they go on a slump with their hero ball but it's not gonna get it done against the Spurs.Originally posted by Darkon View PostMassive win last night. Almost cocked up the 25 point lead at one point, but controlled it well in the end. Still amazing how slow Heat can be in the start up, costs them to many games (although still in the final etc. etc.)
Kind of a free game for SAS tonight, they can kill it with a win but if they lose then 2-2 with 2 games at home is still a nice position to be in.
Just reading the Heat are apparently exploring ways to get Melo.
That would take some hefty, hefty pay cuts. Not a big deal for LeBron as he earns more off the court anyway but not sure Melo, Bosh and Wade will fancy leaving 10s of millions on the table. Still doesn't solve their point guard issues or improve the defence though.
