Pretty much. Mostly just people whinging because he didn't go to their team
He's also good friends with Green and Curry and thats whats sold it to him.
Going to play with your mates and (hopefully) win for less money than he'd get elsewhere. Or risk another season at OkC and then Westbrook leaving (which is likely)? I know what i'd do.

Can someone explain to me why this is being seen as a cowardly and unexpected move by him (ive seen a few mention it) isn't it just like someone in football going to Madrid or Barca? him just wanting to play for the best team

Salary cap is higher than expected this year. Also Curry is on a very team friendly deal for Golden State. Shudder to think what they'd be like with Durrant onboard.
