When I was about 14/15 I beat a lad called Richard Fletcher in a knockout at Chesterfield GC...he was off 2, I was off about 20 and got loads of shots. Beat him 3&2 ...he was calling me a bandit

Anyway a week or two later he played Westwood (Worksop) and he halved with him.

So that means I'm better than Westwood obviously

Anyway, back on topic i had a small each way bet on Stricker and Mahan and backed Donald outright. Considered Westwood but stupidly ignored him and plumped for Donald despite his lack of distance off the tee and unfavourable weather conditions for the shorter drivers.
