Yeah just because he's not all giggly and smiley and all the crap. I actually bet he's a pretty funny guy but just hates doing media stuff. Think that Paul Dalglish Tweet I posted above is pretty spot on

I think he is an amazing guy. Only 25 and seems to handle the pressure easily. Some of the questions he has to answer as well and there is definitely a twinkle in the Murray eye.

He has made History by making the final. It would just be so amazing if he won it. If even just to silence the doubters. He is an incredible talent and doesn't seem to get the recognition he deserves.

I actually reckon he keeps up the "miserable" facade just to annoy people

I think Murray will lose in 4 sets.

          Hope he wins though.

Yeah, I think the fact that he doesn't 'play the game' makes me appreciate him even more. I loved his answer to the question, what do you think that was like for your mum and dad "I've no idea and I'm not that bothered, it's a lot harder for me for sure."

Fed has got to win this. Sorry Murray.
              Are we winning?

Imagine the US Open games have contributed to that - if true

Although the embrace after the game didn't suggest any ill will at all - seemed quite warm to me.
Federer is brilliant. the best we have seen so far. But he is an arrogant cunt and has been 'disrespectful' to Nole and Murray. He really didn't appreciate Nole's efforts at the US open last year. Djokovic blew it today - sadly. Totally out of character. Shame...but good for Murray.

Bollocks - t'other way around. Djokovic used to do brilliant piss takes of contemporaries - stopped when he got serious. There's no love lost there - Djokovic was being seen to be gracious in defeat. Djokovic and Muray are 'mates' and it wouldn't surprise me if they spoke prior to Sunday.

Possibly. But the fact is he is too focussed to care. He's not miserable.

Quite interesting what Pat Cash said, that Federer has changed tactics in recent years and stepped up to half-volley the ball more against the top players, and the roof being closed really helps him at Wimbledon as there's no wind etc

Don't dislike Murray but I hope Fed smashes him

"was there a point where you were thinking Tsonga beat Federer last year"

                    Etc.

AMAZING stuff from Murray. Totally inspiring.
Its amazing seeing someone british play to such a high standard - it is massively inspiring. I only hope this is inspiring some kids to pick it up and give it a proper go.

The sky pointing thing he refuses to speak about - I'm sure thats Dunblane related. He refuses to talk about that as well.

It was poor form from the interviewer on that as well. He is clearly seeking inspiration from something personal to him. So he shouldn't feel obliged to tell the world what that is if when wins matches.

I agree, and you equally can't blame him for refusing to speak about Dunblane, it must have been horendous and again it should be allowed to be left as something personal to him.

He should be a true inspiration to any young sports person, because his control, desire and will to win is really quite exceptional. I hope he can take it one step futher and prove all the dounters wrong on Sunday.

I don't mind who wins as I like both players. Fed is my all time favourite tennis player to watch, he's just sublimely gifted. The one handed backhand is so elegant too. But then there is Murray who I obviously want to see do well, it would be great for him to get his first slam at Wimbledon.

The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
