Mickelson has always been like that. I used to dislike him too but if I'm honest I don't know why. He's an amazing competitor and a very dignified loser.

I didn't see him speak after it was over, but the way he applauded Rose's putt on 17 and then went up to him on 18 was classy. I still enjoy watching him carve it in the trees on a major Sunday though. Maybe because he's a bit of an aww shucks good ole boy.

He sank it on like the second attempt, and a watching journo asks him what his percentage success rate usually is. Phil says, "well like you just saw. About 50%"
