    Nevin Spence RIP

Promising Ulster Rugby player was killed in a tragic farming accident along with father and brother. He was only 22 and had trained with the Irish Rugby squad.
Thoughts to the rest of his family and sister who was also injured in the accident.

Horrific. Is there a mum around? Hope so for the daughters sake.

it seems the family dog fell into the slurry tank and the father went into to save it.

when the father got into trouble the two sons went into save the dad

                terrible terrible accident

****ing hell. I know dogs are amazing and an integral part of a family, but they really should have left it. ****ing hell.

Farm dogs more so, as they are working dogs as well. A farming mate of my would do anything he could for his "working dogs" as he told me, he would be next to useless with out them. Its very sad and just goes to show, there's a fine balance between life and death

its one thing having the "courage" not going in after your dog, but not to go in after our dad/brother is another thing altogether

Absolutely, but if the Dad hadn't gone in in the first place they'd have only lost their dog.

Easy for me to say, I know. A terrible tragedy.

Is slurry made up of cow **** and cow piss?
