Big weekend this, Wales looking to restore some pride against the Irish tonight, and then we head to Twickenham tomorrow for a tilt at the triple crown.

Honestly, the hype in the media is probably making the game seem like it could be closer than it is. We are slightly injury ravaged up against the team with the biggest selsction pool in World Rugby who are aiming to go 17 games unbeaten.

      Can Scotland win... Yes..!

Will Scotland win? I'm not so confident.

I think it will be competitive but expect the English to squeeze through. The more open the game the more I'd fancy us, but if it ends up an arm wrestle with lots of kicking, then I dont fancy it at all.

I think if the Scotland team progresses we can win the return game at Murrayfield next year. Both games have the potential to be crackers and throw in the uncertainty over lots of Lions positions.

Not a great start by the Welsh.

Lots of uncharacteristic handling errors from Ireland and Wales playing with confidence.

He's a cocky ******* isn't he. Was surprised at how ineffective the Irish were yesterday.

A groundswell of global Rugby support behind us today for sure. I'd ****kng LOVE IT if we could do it today. And if we can't I fancy you Irish to spoil the party for England next week.

Looking forward to this thread later today. Hopefully some overly confident scots feeling a bit deflated

Joking aside watching it with a Scottish mate who's going to be unbearable if you win today, first time I've been worried playing the scots for god knows how long

The Scots clearly have their best chance of turning over England for a good while and if they do it won't be such a shock given how they've performed recently. If they had had this team a couple of years back I would even have put a few quid on them given England's mental fragility under Lancaster.

England's biggest problem has been giving their opponents a start and not really turning up until the last quarter. I'm not sure they can keep doing that and eventually it will catch up with them. Whether that will be today we shall see.

                          I feel sick.

I don't think we will win. Every thing suggestd we should lose, yet I guess we do have a chance.

If it's an open game it could be interesting. My guess is that the game will be won and lost up front if England can influence the ref Ian's dominate the scrum then I don't fancy our chances. If we can get some good ball and go through phases then who knows.

The talking has all been by the press. I don't see any over confidence, particularly within the team.

And if we win, after all this time then your mate should be allowed to be unbearable for a while
