    Wow.

Northampton hold on. That was a mess at the end. **** refereeing that.

Could be a costly yellow card for Northampton there.

Yeah, they have every advantage you could ever require - so I can understand that. I’ve been the same with Pendergast he’s been good in games but tends to have an arm chair ride. In games like this - not convinced.

Fair play to Northampton here. Incredible energy and performance so far.

They keep coming back on scraps, they seem to have scored every time they got into the 22

This is going to go to the wire.

Agree on Pendergast, he is good ball in hand but his defence is abysmal. He had to make that tackle on Pollock. Interestingly both Smith and Pollock are both from Scottish parents (mum and dad)

I didn’t realise that about Barrett - don’t think it will be too long until we see him. I also wonder if sometimes resting so many players doesn’t work for Leinster in terms of fluidity.

Tommy Freeman definitely booking himself on the Lions tour also.

Doris has been off the boil for a while, I wonder if captaincy has taken its toil. He’s stepped it up second half so far

Sets it up for a brilliant second half. A few of the old stagers looking old! Furlong is past it now and Finn Smith much better than Prendergast (his defence is ****). Pollack looks the quintessential Lions bolter.

Barrett can’t start due to Irish lads having to get preferential treatment, Henshaw been poor and they may change it at half time

Yep. They win it with a last play try. Épic match. Fights breaking out throughout. Test match edge.

Edinburgh have been ****e this season but look to have improved over the last month or so. Can’t ask for much more tonight. No Duhan or Darcy for us.
