England always in control. Some familiar flaws from us

Wouldn't have been a fair reflection for the result to have gone any other way but was it two Laidlaw fluffed, or just the one?

No complaints on the result. English forwards controlled the game our backs not an issue, and when we got good field position we lost it through either bad luck or handling errors.

Was a typical England performance powerful and attritional, but effective.

I only recall Laidlaw missing one kick and Russelll making an absolute cunt off a DG attempt just before half time which would have sent us in ahead.

Ah ok. I saw him miss one relatively straightforward one but thought there was another I didn't catch second half. Enjoyed the first half, intense. That drop goal attempt though

Yeah. I suppose we are a young team. I'd just like to see it all lead to some momentum one day. It's why the decision against us in the WC was such a kick in the stones. These opportunities are fleeting if you support Scotland.

Some sort of shared rights now as both games were on BBC yesterday.

I thought the 'tip' tackle in the first half was exactly as they summed up - accidental.

There was a moment early in the second there that they have barely touched on again involving Earls - I thought that looked quite bad.
