I was watching that on C4 on Sat, I couldnt figure out what had happened in real time.

He missed a pen in front of the sticks about 5 mins before that. 2 opportunities to win the match, ****ed them both up...!

Showboating before you've touched down is unforgivable.

@Buzzo - did you see much rugby this weekend? Saw the Munster and Leinster games with Toulouse vs Lein being played like a test match.

Seen good wins for the Scottish sides - that’s what happened in Ireland, the provincial sides started to win home and away and that fed into the national team. Really good signs coming out of Scotland now.

I actually saw loads of Rugby over the weekend!

Not too much from the Irish though. Saw the start of Scarlets v Leicester and then most of Munster Gloucester (Cipriani defo red card, by the letter of the law Twelvetrees should go too).

I then actually decided to go to Murrayfield (£20) and saw Edinburgh crush Toulon which I wasn’t expecting (fancied the win, didn’t think we’d destroy them). Cockerill has made a huge difference to the Edinburgh mentality. Weird being in Murrayfield with only 7k supporters tho..!

Watched a bit of Newcastle Montpellier (unreal 40 phase 89 min win for Newcastle). And then skimmed the Warriors v Blues game (some cracking try’s). Adam Hastings cementing himself as back up fly half to Finn Russell.

Champions Cup is great, as you say almost test standard. I reckon Pro14 standard is incredibly strong right now.

Didn’t see the match but saw this from Finn Russell.

Cipriani a def red and Billy T should have followed him. Munster game was strange as once the red card came a bonus point win was always going to happen but it still felt flat. Mrs is away for a few days so here with the kids and didn’t go to the game.

Russell and Zebo both going well for Racing although only one of them is in contention for their national team.....our home based players only rule is a joke sometimes.

              Did you see Zebos try

I love Rugby for this. Made to apologise to Lowry on pitch by Owens for showboating his celebration.

Then really honest social media apology to Lowry from Zebo.

Can you imagine any of that happening successfully on the football pitch?

Ya very unlike Zebo, I wonder if there was needle during the game between them? I follow him on twitter so saw the apology but good as he does there he won't get into the Irish squad - hopefully he'll play 2 seasons make a few quid and come back to Munster.

                    Last kick eh..?

Both Scottish teams (as I am sure the provinces are) decimated for the Autumn internationals.

Yep - a pen just inside the halfway line. Munster had a reasonably strong side out considering Autumn internationals are looming.

Eddie Jones and Will Carling together at last.

How much motivation does the rest of World Rugby need?

Good start by the Boks. Really need to turn the dominance into points. Given England several gifts already.

That hit Nkosi made on May was amazing.

SA very good first half England had the better of the second half so far with a slim lead lead going into the final 5 minutes

                              Get in

Monster tackle from Farrell at the end there

No hands in that. Shoulder charge. Typically England get the decision.

Regardless the handling errors were the reason. SA could easily have grabbed 2 or 3 tries in the first period.
