England should have taken the points when on offer too. Fine margins in these.

To be fair though, this isn't a great England team and despite a good performance today they really wouldn't have deserved to have beaten SA and NZ back to back in consecutive weeks.

There is this mindset that you have to score tries to beat the All Blacks but in games where the weather is so bad keep the scoreboard ticking over.

      As you said fine margins

Not really watching, just have it on in the background, but fantastic try by Argntina there. They look well up for it.

Dire game but Wales finally get the win against the Aussies.

BBC just managed to confuse Tipuric for North, then Hooper for Pocock in the space of one minute.

That's seven in a row for Wales now.

              Was at Murrayfield today.

Decent performance, 8 try’s. Great second half blew Fiji away 33 unanswered points.

              FT 54-17

Great debut from Sam Skinner, hat-trick from Tommy Seymour and Home debut try from the bench for Adam Hastings.

We won but that is about it, Argies are decent and the move the super rugby/championship has really helped them.

NZ next week and we’ve injuries in key positions - not v confident.

Games like that are great for the fans and Scotland have the tools to smash teams who played open rugby.

Excruciating this. Can't believe Willie gave Dyanti a forward pass. A bit of a shocker of a game honestly. Definitely would be getting out of jail if there is a try here.

Mbonambi! What a drive haha. Definitely got out of jail but probably deserved on the merit of the game. Hope to see a better performance against Scotland next week.

Looking forward to the game next week. We’ve improved loads since we last played the Boks (2015 RWC). We need to tighten up on defence, but I’d say this will be the strongest most confident Scotland Squad SA have faced in the pro era.

I get the feeling there is quite an expectation for a home win with style these days.

Was a stop start first half, but suspect a few things were pointed out at HT as it was total dominance second half.

Looks like Hoggy is heading down to Exeter, time to cash in on his talent.

Time is right, he’s been injured so much for Warriors recently at least they are used to not seeing him.

He will take some replacing though.

Interesting picture in the Telegraph which shows the offside was a couple of inches at most. That's one foot and it's not obvious the foot was grounded at the moment the ball was picked up by the SH. Whilst I think the right decision was probably made Jonathan Kaplan who holds the record for most Tests officiated, says it wasn't sufficiently clear and obvious for the try to have been chalked off.

It shouldn't have come to that though if the line out had functioned - most unlike Jamie George to have an off day throwing in.

And I do think that the weather was a leveller, NZ's passing and offloading game wasn't anywhere near its' usual fluency.

If it pisses down again in Dublin which it surely will I reckon your mob are in with a shout Nev. I know there are injuries but England had significant absentees yesterday most notably Billy V.

Years ago we needed rain to bring them to our level but I hope it doesn’t tbh. Rob Kearney is injured so Larmour and Stockdale weak under the high ball and rain won’t help there. We have some injury worries - Murray out, Kearney out, O’Brien out. Doubts over Ringrose, Henshaw and others.

I think the AB will win by 10ish regardless of weather and they will be so up for the game. We need to dominate in the pack and play a territory game - if it’s open they’ll batter us.
