Interesting. I’ve definitely been to a few games that have been ruined as a spectacle because of a red card. Sometimes that has been absolutely fine by me. Sometimes not.
Sua’Al’I has been a star in the making since he played union in high school. Was a kick in the balls when he chose rugby league
Incredible athlete but some serious structural flaws for Schmidt to fix. But what a great win especially after being absolutely demolished in the first 15 mins
Worth the entrance fee for that flying kick chase no look offload.
England need to stop ****ing about with Marcus Smith to try and get Ford some game time. He is easily Englands best player and is at the heart of every attacking threat. Subbing him, or moving him to 15 (where he was still excellent) is madness. Trust him to see the game out.
Ford had another mare, only thing of note was throwing the intercept pass. After last weeks pen miss, DG miss and missed tackle which cost a try.
Yep agreed Smith needs to stay 10. At the heart of everything good re Englands attacking play. If they are worried about his defence, there are plenty of tactical solutions to help with that
Not sure I’ve seen such a scruffy test match as that in a long time. South Africa wrong side of the ref for the entire second half and somehow still won by 9. South Africa always seem out of sorts v England it’s strange - but - still always win!!!
I haaadd waaaaayy too many beers when we played ZA last week. Thought we played well but never really kicked on when the game was there for the taking. So was an eventually a relatively straight forward win, when we had chances we knocked on or played a poor pass. Last 10-15 we just ran out of gas.
Aussies for us next weekend. Looking forwards to it style wise should be entertaining!
