Was a great day at the cricket.

Best moment of the day: All the Aussie fans yelling "Stuart Broad is a ******". Me yelling it back at them after he took his first wicket

Must say these Aussie "fanatics" are disgrace.

The barmy army have their songs, chants and banter.

    The fanatics have "x is a wan*er".

A few more braincells and the fanatics would be right up there with Warner. I'd be utterly ashamed if they were my fellow fans.

But otherwise an absolutely great day, plenty of fun and action. Trott refused to come over for a picture, bit of a prick, but KP seemed to be on some fine form playing with the fans.

Ridiculous psychology from the Aussie press, team and public on Broad today. He is obviously the sort of player who flourishes under the sort of taunting he was given today. Like KP he seems to relish the pantomime villain role.
      Modifying post.

If we can skittle them out for under 330 I think we'll have done well. This pitch looks like a 400+ score for par. The Hadin & Johnson partnership has saved the Aussies bacon in this first innings.

        Oh and Broad

Lol. Some Aussie fans attempted to smuggle a pig onto the pitch.

One of the mates who followed me into the gents came in with "WTF, the coppers have a pig". I thought he'd had far too much to drink but apparently it really did happen.

I can't fathom how they managed to get that in the stadium.

Just watched it from where I left it last night. Made up with that. Decent recovery from Oz but that looks a 500 track. All the Aussie top 4 will think they shouldn't have got out to those balls. Game on.

No, I thought you waiting until the start of play then turned it off just before the first ball it bowled.

that's what i was planning on doing

if you going to watch it, you need to watch at least an hour - and 1am is late foggy - certainly for me - if i went to bed at 1am i'd be ****ed the next day - getting up at 7:30ish - 6 and half hours sleep - no way lid
