Lyon getting injured was massive for the series for the Aussies.
I thought first 2 were pretty even, you can say England made strange decisions, (that mental early declaration) but that is part of the game. England better the third and 4th, and the 5th was quite even.
England had big chances to win the series outright tho.

I didnt realise Warner had said he is going to retire after the Sydney Test. Essentially making himself undroppable unless someone wants to end his career. They are in a bit of a weird position with a player who's not been at his best for a while sticking around probably longer than he should have.
I think Broad went at the right time. Dont know how I feel about Anderson, hes not exactly what he was either. Moeen surely has played his last test now too. But it was a crazy decision, umpires made the call without asking the batsmen too. It completely swung the game in our favour.

Tbh the ball thing was mental; Ponting rightly calling it out, I've no idea what the umpires were doing or whomever has chosen those balls as the replacement.
