To be fair, on this pitch anything could be possible. But bowling India out for 50....nah.

This does need to be looked at tho, there is no way in hell a test match wicket should be doing this on day 2.

Root and Leach like we did with Ax and Ash. Bowl unchanged

More than 1/2 way through the chase after 4 overs without loss.

India win by 10 wickets on day 2 Seemingly no turn at all in that last session. Just rank batting for 2 days? Won with a 6.

Definitely breaking a few century year old records.

I wonder what Channel 4 are going to do for the next 3 days? They must be gutted.

An opportunity to sell cricket to a whole new generation with a test series live on free to air tv.

Not sure they've done the job

All three pitches have been poor, but the umpiring has been equally bad also.

England just add to that by being crap and not understanding how to play spin.

But I agree, 2/3 day test cricket is a bad advertisement.

That's part of the beauty of test cricket though. You're not sure what you're going to see. You could have an epic 5 day match that goes to the final afternoon or you could have a ripsnorter like yesterday that's finished inside two days.

It was pretty incredible viewing imo, I think any casual fan or a newbie to the sport would have been enthralled tbh.

They will then go on to book tickets at the Oval on day 3 and see South Africa bat for an entire day, losing only one wicket and think... “what the ****”?

Best day I ever saw was a 14 or so wicket day at Old Trafford. KP knocking his nails off when his helmet came off, loads of beer and we got into a row with a dwarf in the Hotel bar near Old Trafford

Fast and furious test cricket is always a winner.

                                A ‘I was there’ moment.
