Understandable that England need to look to the future but was really hopeful that Anderson might get one more home Ashes series in so he could get a proper send off by a ground with a crowd in.
Bloody hell. 52, no age. Absolute legend of the game. Never seen a spinner like him. Grew up on the likes of John Embury and Phil Edmonds. Then this young lad came on the scene and was bowling balls like you'd never seen before. Rather than being defensive he was the ultimate wicket taker. RIP Warney.
