At Sedbergh for Lancs Essex in the One Day Cup. Beautiful venue. Facilities very basic but booze is cheaper than Old Trafford at least. Ball went missing in the long grass earlier
    Football without Origi is nothing

How Harry Brook isn't a shoe-in for the World Cup T20 squad I do not understand. The kid has so far excelled in every format of the game.

Poor Freddie, looks like his face took some beating in that accident. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/66755339

Adam Zampa records the joint worst ever bowling figures in the history of ODI's.

Rather wonderfully the previous record holder (out there on his own) was also Australian - Mark Lewis

Apologies for Mail link but this sheds some light on what happened to Flintoff. Basically used his face as the brakes at around 130mph.

                      Thanks very much for being

Crazy that he still has scabby wounds this long after, and how little it's being spoken about in the media

                          I love Freddie.

I went to the Ashes Test in Cardiff in 2009 and he was fielding near us on the boundary.

People were singing daft stuff for him to do like violently scratch his arse if he appreciated the support we were giving him, which he had no problem doing of course

Good result for Ireland tho, very credible draw.

Surely if Root is struggling to get to grips with 1 day cricket, keep him rested for the test side and have Roy in the squad instead?

                                Seems too pally with selections
