Yeah. Not thrilled with the location as its more expensive for me to get there but I suppose it is more centrally located in Lacanshire!
The banked spectator area is a real positive, even if it is only shallow strong. I've been to Aigburth for Lancs and it wasn't enjoyable as you couldn't see from the back rows. I do like how the clubhouse is central to both pitches too
I think at first there will only be womens, 2nd XI, and Academy games there. Expect in future 1st XI for One Day Cup or CC will have the odd game there tooFootball without Origi is nothing

Its around the corner for me so I'm looking forward to it, not sure what its going to look like for the feeder grounds going forward tho, gotta admit I preferred Blackpool over Aigburth but if they de-camp to FM not sure if they can carry on ?Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostYeah. Blackpool is my favourite ground by far. Only did one day of the CC at Southport so not properly judged it yet. A lot of people were speaking highly of Aigburth before the game last year but I just didn't feel it.
They've said outgrounds remain part of future plans but that's subject to change of course.Football without Origi is nothing

What a win for Lancashire....!
Lancashire skipper James Anderson took 4-18 to help his side defy the odds and defeat Derbyshire by 29 runs on a dramatic last day of the County Championship match at Emirates Old Trafford.
Having bowled out Lancashire for 160 in their second innings, Ben Aitchison taking 3-38, Derbyshire needed only 138 to record their first victory on this ground since 1996.
But Lancashire's four-man seam attack had other ideas and, despite skipper Harry Came's 30, the visitors lost their last nine wickets for 75 runs with Anderson taking 4-7 in his 4.5-over second spell. Lancashire take 21 points from the game to Derbyshire's six. What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

Absolutely crazy game. EWnd of Day 1 Lancs looked in control (despite the shaky 11/2 start) then day 2 and 3 not so good and looked a sure fire Derby victory. Went to the trouble of traveling on Friday and Saturday but was too tired on Sunday and Monday looked a lost cause so didn't bother then either. Wish I had now
