        Hey, Lee, here's a thought to help your fitness drive: drink less than 30 pints of Stella a day.
        .
        Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

            I too would be drinking myself into oblivion if I thought there was any chance I might meet fredo.

                            Lee, it would depend on your current size and strength. I don't go higher than 12kg (get two though) and do high reps. It's more important to get the exercises/form right before lifting higher weight otherwise you'll hurt yourself and won't use them again.

                            I'd recommend starting lower and getting your form and strength right. Lots of squats, lunges, lift and snatches should get you into it. As you start to get used to the weight begin to squeeze your muscles more on each exercise and they'll start to build a bit more.

                              if you are serious then A) Your ****ing massive or B) Your a masssive liar!

                              What the **** do you do with them?

                              I have a 7 & 12, the 7 is too light but using it for 30 mins makes me want to collapse and the 12 I cant do longer than 15 mins maximum! Initially the 12 had me nigh on collapsing after 5 mins.
