            I don't care what way you want to slice it. Cook is not a limited overs Batsman. He's plodding, no explosion at all.

                  Today could have been Cook's last game in the ODI format. If his back doesn't rule him out of the next game then a suspension probably will. England were already on a warning for slow over rates and we were 18 minutes late finishing our allocation today which would normally result in a one match ban for the captain. If England play well in the next match with our batting lineup putting in a good performance then that could be that for Cooky.

                          Sri Lanka in cruise control against England.

                          Sangakkara and Jayawardene in, 156-2 after 29 overs. Need 100 or so from 20 overs.

                          Pretty much everyone having a bowl for England.

                              Quite close in the end but we were a good 20 runs light from making it a real contest.

                              My prediction is Cook will come in for Stokes.
