DL comes in and cuts the smash it period in half. Kiwis get to plan for it.

DL is bollocks really in the modern 1 dayer format.

Sappers were beaten by the rain. Well and truly.

Great game. NZ won that and any talk of DL or fielding errors is doing them a huge disservice. Chasing 290 in 43 overs is pretty impressive stuff.

It is. But you have to think they would have been chasing closer to 350 in 50. Changes the game slightly.

Still a good win for them when the pressure is on.
