Yeah, it was hot and humid there today and so 5 sets really wasn't ideal and he might feel that in his legs a bit deeper into the competition. He badly needs a quick and easy match in the next round.

He needs to follow the Federer method...2 matches played, only 9 games lost and on court for under 3 hours in total. Conservation of energy or what!?
