Yup, really strange decision. Smacks of having a game plan and not having the belief to make a change to it. We should have put them straight back in rather than bat again.

I think we should bat an hour at most this morning trying to pile on quick runs. I'd have preferred to see us force the follow on rather than bat again tbh

England will win this regardless now. I guess the only risk is rain. But I dont think id have bothered with the follow on. No one really enforces it now anyway.
