I am still injured

Was hoping to be fit to start playing in the teams myself but not even started the fitness work, and its only a few weeks till the season starts

I still think I would beat her though

She's improved dramatically in the last few months after plateauing for a period

I am hoping that the step up to training and perhaps playing for the adult teams will step up her level again. She was asked last year to play for the ladies adult 2nd team at our old club but I felt she was too young. This year shes grown a hell of a lot physically (shes 5ft 6" and much stronger now) and mentally, so comfortable with her training with the adults and I will discuss with her coach if and when she is selected to play

I dont want to push her, but the coaches are eager for her to step up and dip her toes into the adult leagues even if it is for one of the lower teams

Sounds encouraging with your daughter, I guess the key is that she keeps enjoying it whilst improving.

My son is 7 and gets so frustrated with learning it, they are trying serving and because he can't do it instantly he gets incredibly frustrated. trying to teach him the improvement comes with dedication and practice - not easy..!
