You can't blame the declaration, if WI make the remaining 32 runs (which they should comfortably) you'd have to point your finger at the bowlers and the fielders. Dropped catches and a full bowling attack on a day 5 pitch against a fairly weak batting line up. You'd also need to tip your hat to the opposition for batting well.
