****. Forgot all about this in a post Liverpool result malaise.

He has so much desire, but - yeah. needs some easy three setters and he just doesn't seem fit enough to achieve those. When it gets into a dog fight, you never rule him out.

His career is so full of might have beens. He and Liverpool have a fair amount in common.

Didn't see any of it, but how fantastic is that. Fully expected him to lose. What a ****ing warrior he is, a total hero.

Guess the issue now is he can he go again and string two good wins together. He's not often followed up a great win since the comeback. Be no surprise if he lost to 350th ranked Wout van Dooblefault next round.

    He binned her this time.

She really needs to get a settled team together, you'd say she's stagnating at the moment.

It has to be the rarest of things to see such love and affection between two guys who were such ferocious competitors right at the top for so long. A lot of big heart out there.

Poor Roger though, a barrage of inane, emotionally triggering questions from Jim Courier : “you’ve been at the top for so long, tell us how that is”?

Take the other 3 away and Murray (fit) would have scooped up so many more GS. He lost 9 slam finals to either Djokovic or Federer

100% yes - he was toe to toe with all three and lost umpteen finals on the finer margins for years. I do think they propelled him to his best tennis, but then he also did the same for them.

He would have won more Slams if it weren't for injury, he also only once got to a final that did not have either Federer or Novak on the other side of the net.

And peak Murray would be picking up a couple of Slams per year if he were playing now.
