Dodson vs Froch

is on tomorrow night. Finally - after all the call-offs - the fight it on and I cant' wait.

I've only seen Froch a few times and whilst he has a bit of power - I'm not so sure he's as good as he thinks he is. Plus - he's got a big mouth.

Being a scouser - I'm obviously rooting for Dodson (who hails from Garston) to spring a surprise.

Both men are talking the fight up - so as the great Mills Lane would say "Let's get it on!".

Rooting for Dodson myself. Froch is probably the favourite, but his mouth has long been writing cheques that his body/ability will not be able to cash. Very over rated fighter, especially by himself. Would love to see him come a cropper against Dodson. He should be able to beat Dodson, but fingers crossed that he gets a hiding instead.

he styles himself on the great don curry which is ambitious to say the least, must admit i have a sneaking admiration for him but i also must admit he does disappoint and frustrate me when fighting, heart Say's Dodson head Say's froch will stop Dodson in the latter rounds.

Well that was a let down. I thought Dodson might just have that extra bit of hunger tonight but unfortunately he was well beaten. I hoped it would last longer than 3 rounds as well but the difference in quality was apparent from the start of the second round and the longer it went on the worse it could have became. Well done to Froch that was some punch that ended the fight.

I don't see Froch and Calzaghe sharing a ring myself, but my comment was about popping Froch into a ring with someone who is world class, like Joe, to expose him as a good European level fighter/middle of the road at World level, and no more.

Calzaghe would embarrass Froch in a ring. Froch has some ability, but nowhere near the amount that he himself states.

I agree about Warren, but then again, I just view Frank Warren as a parasite anyway.
