The 400m was the absolute worst to run IMO. Trying to sprint for a whole lap is mental. I was an 800 & 1500m runner myself. Back in my day the question was if anyone could break the 4 minute mark now they run 3:26

crazy times being run these days. Gabby Thomas in the 4x400m relay was just astonishingly fast.

One of my heroes. Just loved watching him race. Absolute beast mode. So gutted for him and his family.
