I'm sure I heard that joke on Radio City.. around 1994.. when Biffo (The Cosmic Raver) was on Tony Snell....

Biffo used to tell the jokes about himself...

The only other one I remember is..

Biffo goes into a bar and asks for a pint of lager.
The barman pulls the pint and sets it down of the bar.
So Biffo downs the whole pint in one and stands with a satisfied grin as the barman holds his hand for payment.
"Arr eh, I shouldn't have that with what I've got..." says Biffo.
"Why what you got?" asks the barman
"No money kidda!"
