Just got a bit of a rant on..

    Just got a bit of a rant on..

    Why do all these adverts on telly tell you they can HELP to do something or that they are ACTIVELY doing something..

    FFS why dont they give us the full list of things to HELP to do these things? surely if we knew all the ingredients we'd be more likely to buy everything and henceforth the product being advertised by default and into the bargain??

    And how can you do something NOT actively?? You're either doing it or you arent...

        it's called marketing....they just want you to think you are going to be more healthy if you use their product when in fact their product is usually nothing more than a load of bull.

        Like the Slim fast ad's - "Can help you lose weight as part of a controlled diet" - basically ****ing water can help you lose weight as part of a controlled diet....controlled diet just means eat less you fat fecker!!



        I'm with you on advertisements though


        and WTF is it with Gillette and the "vibration pulses for a smoother shave" what a load of bull = it's just a marketing ploy these "pulses" mean feck all but saying that line in a "manly" voice in a "Manly" advertisement for MEN!! must mean it's true...PHUCK OFF !!

            Shredded wheat doesnt even say "Can help", they wimp out and choose to say COULD help.. its like they arent even ****in sure whether or not is has any beneficial effect what-so-ever
