He turned up at the studios asking if he could have another go but was told to come back next year

He probably decided in that split second that he could not take the embarassment of trying to carry on and did his funny landing on his head and fainting routine. Very good acting though.

Did you not think that Jerry Springer's response was kind of like bad acting though (although he is so wooden, it's hard to tell..)?
Also, you do need to watch the alternate angle version to see what really happened, the televised view hid what he did so well, that it also makes me suspect it was practised in advance. I thought he ****ed it up on purpose to try and add a comedy part to his act, and was half expecting him to say be flat out for 5 secs, get peoples attention and then just do a crazy flip onto his feet and into some ****ing mental stunt routine.i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i doComment

I felt really bad when I first watched it but that is a complete fake, the way he goes all stiff whilst upside down.
Blatant fake, the only thing i thought of at first was had he hit his head and had a fit causing him to look all tense whilst upside down. But he doesn't, it's completely contrived.
